As a supplier registered with SEQual, we have seen significant benefits from the platform's streamlined process. It has considerably reduced the time it takes us to respond to tenders. As a pre-qualified SEQual supplier, we only need to provide our membership number for a lot of the quotations within buyer tenders, which would typically take us much longer to complete. This efficiency has allowed us to focus more on delivering the best tender offer. The time-saving advantages have greatly enhanced our ability to respond more effectively.
We have found the SEQual online verification process very straightforward with the platform easy to navigate whilst being intuitive allowing multiple users to add their updates quickly whilst receiving feedback quickly and efficiently. I feel that the SEQual registration we hold has paid for itself due to streamlining the PQQ process to answering a couple of questions and proceeding to the declaration section at the end of the PQQ. This would normally take up my time completing typically repetitive questions and asking my colleagues to add in detail whereas having the SEQual registration has allowed for this process to be completed in minutes instead of hours. This has reduced the need for multiple people being involved and ey being the custodian of the process.
As a supplier, I have found the SEQual portal to be a valuable tool in streamlining the tender and bidding process. The standardised information and documentation requirements on the portal have helped to simplify the onboarding and pre-qualification process. By having all company's details, certifications, and financial statements organised in one place, we can quickly respond to new tenders without having to repeatedly gather the same information.
