SEQual is pleased to announce the launch of a new Invite Supplier tool, now available to all Buyer Users on the platform.
This new functionality allows Buyers to easily identify suppliers who are not yet registered with SEQual and send them a personalised invitation to join – all directly from within the platform.
How it works:
Buyer Users can access the new feature via the Supplier Invitations tab on the main platform menu. From there, they simply complete a short form with the supplier’s contact details and submit the invitation. The system will automatically flag if the supplier’s email domain already exists in the platform, whether linked to an active, expired, or pending account.
Once the invitation is sent, Buyers can monitor the supplier’s progress in real time from their dashboard, supporting greater visibility and improved onboarding efficiency.
